The house is a newly renovated Victorian house with all your modern conveniences. It is situated in the quiet harbour area of Newcastle with spectacular sea views from the front and the three teared decking in the rear garden.

You are within 5min walking distance from the harbour and it bars, shop, café and gentle mountain walks which lead on to open hill walks in the beautiful Mourne Mountains.
Newcastle town centre is 10-15min walking distance and the forest parks of Castlewellan and Tollymore are within 10-15min drive.

Our rates are £490.00/week and £400.00/ 3 Days

On top of this we require a deposit of £100.00 pounds to cover breakages/damage; to be paid at the time of booking and to be refunded on departure once the property and its contents are checked.

The full rental sum to be paid seven days before arrival.
